Dr. Lokendra K. Thakur, MD, is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine with more than 20 years of clinical experience. He completed advanced training in Critical Care Medicine at Mayo Clinic and has further training in healthcare leadership through Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Thakur has dedicated his career to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care while finding innovative ways to make healthcare more accessible to patients. His clinical experience spans primary care, hospital medicine, and critical care, giving him a broad perspective on managing both chronic conditions and complex acute illnesses.
A recipient of a Global Innovation Award, Dr. Thakur is also an innovator and healthcare entrepreneur focused on improving access to quality healthcare in the United States and around the world. Through his healthcare innovations, he works to bring preventive and diagnostic care closer to patients and communities.
Dr. Thakur believes that healthcare should be proactive, accessible, and centered around the patient.

Lakosha Wade is a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner who joined LiveWell Clinic in September 2026. She brings extensive experience and a passion for serving medically complex and underserved populations.
Lakosha provides compassionate, evidence-based care with a focus on whole-person health, chronic disease management, preventive care, and individualized treatment planning. Her background has shaped her approach to caring for patients and families with empathy, respect, and a strong focus on quality of life.

She believes excellent healthcare begins with understanding each patient as an individual and partnering with them throughout their health journey.
