LiveWell wants patients to have access to care when they need it—not just during traditional office hours. Available appointments and the right type of visit depend on the clinical concern and the care team’s schedule.
Same-day appointments are usually available, depending on the provider’s schedule and the nature of your concern. The Saturday clinic is open 9 am–3 pm for available appointments. Walk-in availability may vary, so scheduling a visit is recommended.
Ask the clinic about video visits when you schedule; online visit choices depend on what the scheduling service offers.
LiveWell is working with a third-party telemedicine service to provide additional virtual-care access when its in-house team is unavailable. This arrangement is still being developed and should not be treated as a currently guaranteed after-hours service.
